Occasional cracking to hinges, binding is loose. Boards have moderate shelf wear with bumping to corners. Spine ends are notably crushed. Moderate tanning to spine and edges. Boards are notably bowed. Book has a prominent forward lean. Moderate water marks to boards and spine.

Colour drawing to front board, top edges gilt, rest untrimmed, gilt lettering to spine. Bumping and rubbing to spine, edges browned, spine cocked, foxing to endpapers, otherwise fair copy. From collection of publisher Guy Chapman, whose label is affixed to front pastedown. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book.
