(Cassell and Company, 1913).- A Lion, a Mouse & a Motor Car, a particularly scarce novel, written by Dorothea Townshend. Contains publisher's original advertisements to the rear. (Simpkin, Marshall, Hamilton, Kent & Co., 1915).- The Lady from the Air, written by C. N. & A. M. Williamson. Contains a frontispiece. (A.L. Burt, 1923).- The Secret of the Silver Car, written by Wyndham Martyn. The popular edition. (Herbert Jenkins Limited, c.1928) In the publisher's original cloth. Externally, mostly smart, with the odd small mark to Townshend and Martyn spines, and a small spot to Martyn near front joint. Slight fading to spines, and bumping to the head and tail of the spines, and to the extremities. Slight rubbing to edges and joints, light to Lady, heavier to Martyn. Small lift to cloth at head of rear joint of Champion. Offsetting to end papers, heavier to Lion and Champion, only to hinges of Lady. Slight wear to Champion front end paper hinge. Internally, firmly bound, with slight wear to frontispiece hinge of Lady. Pages are generally bright and clean, with slight age toning, heavier to Champion, and a couple of faint spots to first leaves of Lion. Very Good. book.
