Bernard Partridge, a renowned British cartoonist and illustrator, His pieces often feature political satire, caricatures, and illustrations for Punch magazine, showcasing his talent for creating impactful visual content. The second side by A P Herbert writing a humble collaboration with the gentlemen to the left and the right March 29th 1937 Sir Alan Patrick Herbert CH (known as A. P. Herbert; 1890 - 1971, was an English humourist, novelist, playwright, law reformist, and, from 1935 to 1950, an independent Member of Parliament for Oxford University. Size is 160mm x 90mm.
