General wear, rubbed at edges, frayed spine extremities and corners, bumped, red ink stains at rear and to a lesser extent at front, spotted and marked, spine is crinkled, grubby, sunned, hinges cracked with webbing showing through at front hinge, endpapers browned, page edges soiled and age-toned, uncut edges. For all this, contents good+, clear and bright. Pictures available on request. A scarce early Australian novel.
