Condition: Neu. nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Depuis plusieurs années, une recherche importante a été développée dans les domaines des applications des semi-conducteurs à large bande interdite tel que le ZnO en optoélectronique. Cet oxyde présente l'avantage d'avoir une grande énergie excitonique (60 meV) trois fois supérieure à celle de GaN (21 meV) ou de ZnS (20 meV). Cette énergie rend l'oxyde de zinc résistant aux irradiations laser et intéressante pour l'optique visible-proche UV, ainsi que pour les études physiques en micro- cavités. Une grande énergie de gap direct, à la température ambiante (Eg >1 eV) ce qui fait de lui un candidat potentiel pour les dispositifs émetteurs dans le proche UV et le visible et pour les cellules photovoltaïques comme les conducteurs transparent. Dans cette optique, l'influence du dopage par le zirconium sur la réponse optique non linéaire et la luminescence de cet oxyde a été étudiée. Deux propriétés ont été mises en évidence: - la luminescence des couches minces de ZnO non dopées et dopées, dans le domaine du visible et l'UV. - des propriétés non linéaires de troisième ordre.
