Condition: Befriedigend. Heft/Zeitschrift Originalheft, Vorderseite an den Rändern stark staubfleckig/gebräunt, Flüssigkeitsrand. Die Seiten sind etwas gedunkelt, ansonsten sauber und ordentlich. Diese Schrift behandelt die Wirkung, die der im August 1931abgeschlossene, aber bis heute noch nicht genehmigte französisch-russische Nichtangriffspakt auf Italien haben mußte. Sie zeigt warum auch Polen jetzt wieder als Voraussetzung für die Voraussetzung für die Ratifizierung des polnisch-russischen Vertrages zuvor den Abschluß eines rumänisch-russischen Vertrages von Rußland verlangt. Der Verfasser zeigt weiter, wie sich das Verhältnis zwischen Italien und Frankreich änderte, als Italien erkannte, daß Frankreich in Rußland Einfluß bekommen hatte. Er zeigt die Abhängigkeit der italienischen Flotte vom sowjetrussischen Oel und anderen Rohstoffen. Stieler's Atlas is extraordinarily detailed. Close examination of the maps shows many features that one would expect to find only on much larger maps. This atlas was first published in 1817, with editions continuing well into the 20th century. It was one of the most comprehensive and best executed 19th century German atlases.
