Hand-painted banner for a circus sideshow attraction. This is a modern (2003, as dated on the back) banner, in excellent condition, done in the sensationalist style popularized in the mid-20th century by the famous circus artist, Fred Johnson. Painted in bright, striking colors, this banner depicts a woman who already has numerous tattoos having another applied to her back by a male tattoo artist. The title is at the top, and at the bottom left is the only other word on banner, "Why?".
