Some slight edge wear to top and bottom of jacket and spine, corners very very slightly bruised, slight yellowing to page block, not price clipped (£18.99), no inscriptions, internally clean tight and square, overall a vg+ copy. 435pp. In mid seventeenth century England, the nation was in upheaval. There are four of these intricately wrought seals, each owned by a stranger, each holding a secret within. And when all four seals are united, then the holder will have access to great wealth and power. That is Campion's inheritance. But to claim this and find again her summer love, she must follow the course her father's legacy charts for her. It is a road full of both peril and enchantment. Quite a scarce book.

One Of A Large Collection Of Original Antique Engravings Formed By A Southern California Artist In The Early To Middle Twentieth Century. Each Plate Has Small Glue Marks On Reverse Where They Were Tipped In To An Album. James Thomson (1788-1850) Was An English Engraver, Known For His Portraits. He Completed His Apprenticeship In Engraving And Then Established Himself Independently, Following The Dot And Stipple Style. His Engravings And Paintings Featured Both Leading Figures Of His Day And Those Of Previous Periods.

Condition: Good. Engraving, 16 x 12 cm. Good with dry mold, some staining, light creasing. Likely from a periodical such as "Universal Magazine.".
