First edition of this very uncommon land promotion for Crescent City designed and issued by Alan Tarbell (1886-1955), a Los Angeles real estate developer. The work opens with photos of all the new buildings in Crescent City, choice harbor, agricultural opportunities, the Almeda Mine, and the Hobbs-Wall Lumber Co. logging operation. Patterson (1883-1961) was a prolific photographer who worked in studios in both California and Medford, OR, and by 1928 had traveled along the Redwood Highway and relocated to Santa Rosa, CA. No copies in Worldcat.
