Albert Joinville here notifies the voters of his credentials mentioning thatin the Campagne de 1792 he earned the brevet of "Ami de la Révolution, admirateur quelquefois un peu ex clusif de Comité de salut public," that he had been the youngest or one of the youngest in the Charbonnierie of 1821 "Dans la loge de Achille Roche,"and that he now seeks the office of Representative of Paris in the Constituent Assembly.
