Couverture cartonnée avec jaquette, dos conservé, jaquette restaurée avec un papier cartonné (rattrapant les petits manques), état correct à bon pour un livre fragile . Albert Paraz (1899-1957) fut un écriva…in polémiste et ingénieur chimiste, qui travailla dans un centre de recherches camouflé en Algérie pendant la seconde guerre mondiale. Il utilisa une langue populaire et argotique et fut un grand ami de L.-F. Céline qui le présenta à son éditeur Robert Denoël. Paraz défendit d'ailleurs Céline, alors exilé, durant l'après-guerre et ceci, envers et contre-tout. Il s'insurgea contre ce qu'il considérait comme un opportunisme de certains résistants et fut lié à Rivarol et à l'extrême-droite française d'après-guerre.
