Book is tight, square, and unmarked but for a F/O name on the FFFP. Book Condition: Very Good+; light shelfwear to head, tail, and tips; light foxing to textblock top. No DJ. Brick red cloth boards and spine with bright gilt lettering on the spine. Clean internals. Inner hinges are sound and not split. 524 pp 8vo. The author spent three academic years reading and studying the thousands of pages of material. His organization and cataloging the material he acquired will be helpful to future historians. This book goes back to the beginnings of the Brethren movement and what it was to produce for its followers. This carries on with the move to America and the development of the church from 1776 through many controversies and adjustments to come to the church as it is today. A clean very presentable copy.
