Also stamped by one clinic and one doctor. Otherwise, the pages are all unmarked and clean: the illustrations as well. Some shelf wear evident on covers, especially the corners and top and bottom of the backstrip. The gold and black of the title and names on the backstrip are as bright as new. 602 pages plus index. Packaged using bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box. Tracking number provided for no extra cost.
