Includes historical notes on the earliest Roman and Papal States issues, with numerous full-page illustrations of stamps, covers, essays, and related material shown in the exhibition. Produced in a limited edition of 1500 numbered copies. This copy is no. 1378/1500, signed per il Comitato Organizzatore, including the signature of Giorgio Bizzarri, then Secretary of the Federazione fra le Societa Filateliche Italiane. Corners bumped, shows general wear. Includes sheet of four stamps in pocket affixed to rear pastedown.
