Hardcover. First Edition. Small Quarto, xliv, 251, [2] pages. In Very Good condition. Full vellum binding; spine paneled with handwritten title. Soiling to front board along joint and lightly on rear board. Rubbing along board edges, with some splitting on the top and fore edges near the fore corners and head of spine. Chipping to head of spine and top edge of front board. Fore corners lightly bumped. Text block shows expected age toning, darkest on edges, with some dust soiling on the top edge. Foxed sparsely throughout. Small dog-ear creases in bottom corners of pages 163-187. Shelved in Room A. 1403794. Special Collections.

Si aggiungono in fine tre elegie di Paolo Rolli ridotte in altrettante latine, ed il primo canto dell'Henriade di Mr. De Voltaire trasportate in ottava rima dal medesimo Corsetti. Condition: Good. 0. Cm. 19,5, pp. xxxvi, 189 (1) + 1 c.b. Con alcune graziose testate e capilettera xilografici. Ottima legatura strettamente coeva in cartonato alla rustica con titolo manoscritto al dorso e nervi passanti. Esemplare a pieni margini diseguali, nel complesso fresco e ben conservato. Raffinata edizione remondiana dell'antologia dei migliori componimenti poetici di Tibullo (54 a.C â" 19 a.C.), Properzio (47 a.C. â" 16 a.C.) e Albinovano (I sec. a.C. â" dopo il 15 d.C.) con il testo latino e italiano a fronte. La traduzione è ripresa dalla stampa di Lucca del 1745. In fine troviamo il primo canto dell'Enriade di Voltaire, sempre con testo originale francese e a fronte la traduzione italiana. Cfr.
