Folio measuring approx. 12x8 inches, paginated: t.p., [4], 95, [11]; bound in full leather of the period, boards detached and spine wasted, covers worn and marred; title page detached with chipping all around, previous owner names, light soil and age toning [photo]; the rest of the text block has light age toning and or spotting, some occasional ink notations, but is complete and binding secure; sold "as is" for study / reference / rebinding.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. [4], 95p, [11]. 19th century quarter tan calf over marbled boards. "These reports consist of loose notes of cases taken during the last years of Charles I., when judicial proceedings were greatly interrupted by the troubles of the time". Wallace 289.Some rubbing to the board extremities. Lacking the leather along two corner tips. Institutional bookplate on the inside front board. Foxing to the title page and the first two leaves and some fraying to the paper along corners of the margins. A few contemporary marginal annotations.
