First Edition. Romance novel of a young woman who inherits a chicken farm. Near Fine in Good plus dustjacket with about 3 inch long and inch deep chip to top rear panel, tape to top spine end and verso of top edges, and creasing to front flap edge. A scarce title.

First Edition. Edward Poucher dustjacket art. When an actual prince returns to town, the ladies of the village all vie for his attention. Uncommon. Appears Very Good, but with rental library stamping at front pastedown, and with page 15/16 pulled out and laid in, in nearly Very Good dustjacket, some thin papertape applied to verso of spine ends, publisher's lamination pulling away in some places.
