Folio. pp. colour lithograph title; [1, dedication], seven verses each with three plates: colour lithograph, calligraphic page with colour lithograph border, monochrome reproduction of a painting, Amen page colour lithograph. Number 328 of 510 copies. With the rare original printed wrappers, bound in contemporary two colour cloth. Following the Amen page and before the limitation page there is bound in a duplicate set of the three plates for the third verse. Rare, especially with the original wrappers. It was Mucha himself who considered this his masterpiece and that he had put his soul into it.
