E'la traduzione spagnola, con aggiunta di casi addizionali, eseguita da Josè Alsinet de Cortada sulll'opera "Traitè des affection vaporeuses" di Pomme Pierre( 1735-1812), apparsa nel 1763. L'autore tratta dei metodi per curare flatulenza, ipocondria, vapori ed attacchi isterici delle donne, e di come prendersi cura della propria salute in assenza del medico. ottimo esemplare.
