The 7.5 by 5 inch horizontally arranged catalog is 62 pages and in good condition. The catalog is more of a story for, "the Terne which Turns the Elements", from underfoot to overhead, the experience of a piece of ore from its home in mother earth to its place in the home of man." The book is wrapped in brown paper which is glued at the spine. This covers and protects the original gold decorated cover. It tells the story of crafting tin roofs. There are illustrations throughout to show the process. The borders and drop caps are in an art nouveau style. The pages themselves are clean and without markings. The cover has two numbers written to the front, and a title to the brown paper wrapping. It is in overall very good condition.…

First edition of this uncommon piece of solo piano music composed for the Pan-American Exposition in Buffalo, NY and premiered one month after the assassination of President McKinley. This combination ragtime, tango, and march was a nicely written piece of music, written by Herbert (1859-1924), composer, cellist and conductor who played and directed the New York National Guard 22nd Regimental Band until 1900, and with the Pittsburgh Symphony until 1904.…
