The book has minor separation of the binding from the spine plate most notable at the top of the spine, loose hinges, few spots of foxing to the half-title page, toning to the interior of the covers, and an overall gentle aging to the pages, otherwise the book is in very good condition with crisp, unmarked pages, a tight binding, and attractive illustrations throughout. The dustjacket has a pair of tears approx 3/4 inch long with a gentle crease between them at the bottom edge of the front cover, mild shelfwear to the edges and corners of the jacket, smudging and foxing to the back cover and most notable at the fold of the rear jacket flap, and light rubbing to the covers, otherwise the dustjacket is in good, intact condition and is in a previously applied protective mylar with its only mild rubbing.
