Ganzpergamentband der Zeit. - Ohne die drei Kupfertafeln, die S. 322 mit Noten. - Einband fleckig, Rücken und Kanten etwas bestoßen, Seiten gebräunt, insgesamt gut erhaltenes Exemplar. Erste Ausgabe dieses überaus seltenen, galanten Werkes. Enthält Liebeslieder, zehn längere und 64 kürzere Erzählungen, ferner die Schauspiele "Veränderung des Glücks und Unglücks in Regiments-Sachen" und "Comödie von der fleischlichen Augenlust". Über den Autor, der heute vergessen ist und "in großer Dürftigkeit gelebt haben muß" (Chronologische Tabellen zur Geschichte der deutschen Sprache", 1831), ist nur wenig bekannt. Er stammte aus Querfurt und war "Secretarius" in Hamburg und "war nicht ohne Talent für die deutsche Poesie, doch huldigte er zu sehr dem schlechten Geschmack seiner Zeit". - Goedecke III, 222, 45, 2; Faber du Faur II, 483a; Hayn/Got.
