Text entirely in Korean with classical Chinese citations. Li Won-pyo, a leading 20th-century Korean Buddhist scholar, provides a detailed philosophical commentary on the Lotus Sutra (Skt. Saddharmapu??arika Sutra), emphasizing its metaphysical and ethical insights. Includes translator's preface dated April 2 1982, printer's colophon with red Samjungdang seal, and fixed price of W 4,500. Printed by Pyohwadang Printing Co., Seoul. Condition: Very Good. Clean, tight, and unmarked text; mild edge rubbing, light toning, and a small corner crease; faint water mark at rear cover margin (not affecting text).
