Basic Blackwell, Oxford, 1953, first edition; written in both German and English, text of facing pages; pp xe[nglish]. 1-232e[nglish] *; errata slip present at the end, tipped in; this is a binding copy - the spine is missing from its proper location, being entirely loose and also in poor condition and the blue cloth sides are badly stained and rubbed; internally the book is clean and firm; the book carries the ink signature of the Exeter-based UK Philosopher Daniel J O'Connor on the front fly. . . . . . * the pagination in both Roman and Arabic numerals matches the facing pages to each other, the German on the left and the Engllish on the right; each such pair carry the same page numbers but with the English pages having the suffix "e".
