Condition: Very good. Minor toning. A tongue-in-cheek political cartoon postcard with anti-German propaganda, depicting Kaiser Wilhelm asleep in a child's high chair while the Cossacks arrive at his door. A nice example of how the Cossacks were revered as wartime celebrities. Measures 3.75" by 5.75". Not used/postmarked.
