Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Catalogue of 132 home plans offered by HomOgraf Company. 8-1/4" x 11", 96pp + cover. Stapled signatures in varnished printed heavy paper cover. Moderate wear to the cover; a quarter inch at the base of the spine is chipped away. There is a small amount of edge wear / creasing at the bottom of the back cover, and the top of the back cover is slightly puckered from exposure to moisture. Colours remain bright and unfaded. Both fore corners are slightly tipped. Book is complete with a card pocket bound into the inside back cover that folds into a return envelope pre-addressed to the HomOgraf Company in Detroit, and still containing a folded orange printed grid sheet the book was issued with. Folded in by original previous owner is a four-page folded brochure from the Valley Lumber Mactavish Homes catalogue of prefabricated houses for 1954 (from $3187 to $3896 Canadian), as well as a clipping torn from the Vancouver Sun newspaper of Saturday, August 22, 1953, for a regular feature, "Livable Homes", featuring "Hom-Ograf" 's Design No. H-208E; it is laid in adjacent to the plans for Design No. H-208F. This clipping has left a brown acidification stain on this spread. Otherwise pages are clean and bright and unmarked.
