Rilegato. Condition: buono. Raro album della cantante lirica Armanda Degli Abbati con ritagli di giornale e note manoscritte dell'artista che ripercorrono la sua carriera a partire dagli esordi nel 1895 fino al 1918. Formato 34x23 cm, pp 110, legatura coeva con fregi impressi in oro sui piatti e al dorso, nome della cantante impresso in oro al piatto anteriore. Segni del tempo, cerniere rinforzate, qualche macchia, buone condizioni generali. Armanda degli Abbati, (Roma, 10 gennaio 1879 Karaganda, 25 ottobre 1946), è stata un mezzosoprano italiano naturalizzato estone. Dopo aver solcato i teatri d'opera in Italia, Sudamerica e Russia, nel 1926 si stabilì in Estonia dove divenne una famosa pedagoga vocale insegnando a una generazione di cantanti lirici estoni. Venne deportata dall'Estonia durante l'occupazione sovietica della seconda guerra mondiale e si presume sia deceduta in un campo di prigionia a Karaganda.
