Bronze Clad. Condition: Near Fine. Well-preserved pair of bronze clad bookends that are according to sources from prior to when Armor Bronze was founded from National Metalizing Co. That puts this pair from about 1910-1920. Great dark patina with nice greening in the folds. A nice set of old bookends - very collectable and in great condition.

Condition: Near Fine. An uncommon and striking pair of bookends likely from the National Metalizing Company, these bookends are large, with the pair standing at 9.5 inches tall and 7 inches wide. What is striking with these examples is the rich patina and finish. These are a magnificent example of bronze-clad plaster bookends and these will certainly standout as an exceptional set of art deco library decor items.
