Containing articles and Ethical Movement news, the articles are: The Service and Disservice of Judge [Benjamin Barr] Lindsey by John Lovejoy Elliott; The Five-Day Week - But What About the Rest by Horace J. Bridges; The Normal Child and Its Social Adjustment by Percival Chubb; Congress and the Alien by Arnold Levitas; On Sparing the Rod by Daisy Sanial Gill; Bertrand Russell's "Philosophy" by Charles M. Perry (a book review). With Index to Volume XIV. John Lovejoy Elliott (1868-1942) was highly involved in the Settlement Movement and founder of the Hudson Guild Settlement House in 1897; Percival Ashley Chubb (1860-1959) was a founding member of the Fabian Society in 1884, associate leader of the Society for Ethical Culture from 1897-1910, and President of the American Ethical Union from 1934-39.
