Seltener und früher Maueranschlag mit einem Erlass zur Regelung diverser Karten- und Glücksspiele (Dez, Bassette) und zum Konsum von Tabak und Alkohol in den einschlägigen Etablissements. - Nach 9 Uhr abends sowie an Sonn- und Feiertagen und während der Vesper durfte weder gespielt noch Alkohol ausgeschenkt werden. Auch die Strafen werden angegeben: 200 Livres für die Betreiber der Spielsalons, entsprechend weniger für private Salons. Ausdrücklich wird darauf verwiesen, dass die Regelung nicht nur in der Stadt, sondern auch auf dem Lande gilt. - Die Kopfvignette mit drei Lilien verweist auf das Stadtwappen von Grenoble. - Zweifach gefaltet.
