A French immigrant arrives in California to cash in on the gold rush, but discovers more money can be made by planting orchards. The episode originally aired on December 9, 1956, on CBS. Housed in a brown card folder with a label noting the script title affixed to the front. Beige titled wrappers, dated September 4, 1956, noted as production No. 9588. Title page present, noted as production No. 9588, with credit for screenwriter Joseph Landon. 35 leaves, with last page of text numbered 33. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. Pages Good, with moderate dampstaining and soil overall, wrapper Near Fine, bound internally with three gold brads.
