Original red cloth with full size color paste-down on front board, 7 1/8 x 8 ¾ inches, nonpaginated, illustrated with plates and black and white and color drawings in-text. Hardcover, very good, no dustjacket, presumably as issued. Moderate shelf wear, corners bumped with cardboard exposed there, drop marks on rear board, some light tanning on first and last few leaves, otherwise tight, clean, paper crisp, unmarked. Scarce; no copies on OCLC. Children's; pets; animals.

Decorated red cloth-covered boards with blind embossed titles on front panel, gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Cloth a little worn and pushed at corners and spine ends. Some spotting on text block edges and some mild toning on endpapers else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original paper, decorated dust wrapper, worn, torn and toned with minor loss at spine ends. A lovely vintage volume of children's stories by various authors, including Edna Lake, Alice Talwin Morris, A T M, Ethel Talbot, Natalie Joan, Mrs Henry Clarke, J D Westwood and many others.
