Hardcover. Condition: Good. Good condition green hard cover with dull tan lettering. There is wear on the boards' edges and some as well as corners and small spot of soiling on the front board. Interior and text block are fairly clean with a spot of foxing here and there and slight toning. The binding is tight. A small text book on Babington Macaulay, the a British Paymaster General and Secretary of War as well as historian, writer, and poet. He was very influential in Britain in the early to mid 19th century where he became the 1st Baron Macaulay.
