Color frontispiece and maps; b/w photos. An owner's name is on the non-print side of the front free endpaper. The bottom margin of a page and most of another page are wrinkled. The wrinkled page has a dz. words that are missing letters; the letters are lightly penciled in. Four pages each have 1-5 lines of highlighting.
