The volume is in good condition with solid boards and sturdy binding, although the volume has some wear along the spine and edges of the boards. The spine is adorned with gilt lettering within a red box. The pages have mild to moderate foxing, although the text remains clear and legible throughout. Stylishly produced reissue of the important and rare directory--representing the first printed material on Nevada Territory, first published in 1862.
