Hardcover. Condition: Fine. First Edition. 863pp. Two volumes in a slipcase. Both books are nearly like new. The only marking is a previous owner's name and date ("6-11-40") on the first blank page of both volumes. The top page edges are colored red, and the open edges are not trimmed. The slipcase has a 1.5" split at the top front open corner; the other corners show tiny amounts of rubbing wear; and the rear open edge has two tiny barely-noticeable dents.
