Eine bessere Darstellung insbesondere des Teils Grundlagen, Funktionenlehre, Differentiation und Integration ist kaum möglich. lediglich die Tatsache, dass nur zu jeder zweiten Übungsaufgabe Lösungen präsentiert werden dürfte Autodidakten etwas stören. Ansonsten: Gratulation! Das Buch "Mathematik für Wirtschaftswissenschaftler(.)" hätte eigentlich schon alle Vorzüge, welche ein gutes Mathbuch zur Einführung (für Wiwi's) haben sollte: Der Aufbau ist klar strukturiert und trägt wesentlich zum Verständnis bei, die Sprache ist einfach und doch präzise, es werden (mehr als) genug Beispiele und Aufgaben angeboten, die Zusammenhänge werden klar aufgezeigt usw. Was dieses Buch aber ausmacht, ist, dass es noch vieles mehr bietet: zwischen dem zu lernenden Stoff sind immer wieder Einschübe, welche beispielsweise Themen wie die mathematische Beweisführung darlegen Erklärungen zu den Zusammenhängen zwischen Logik und Mathematik, die Hintergründe einzelner mathematischer Axiome und vieles mehr aufzeigen. Mit diesem Buch macht es Spass zu lernen, eine ebenbürtige Alternative gibt es kaum (nicht einmal der Dörsam, welcher auf jeden Fall auch sehr gut ist) und es hätte mehr als nur fünf Sterne verdient!
