Inscription opposite signature "This Book is the property of Merle T. Waggoner purchased personally from T.A. "Dot" Babb on Feb. 3, 1936" The signature is in pencil and is extremely shaky elderly looking. Otherwise interior is clean; binding tight. Red boards with gold gilt have shelf wear. Gold gilt coming off of spine lettering. This is a scarce book and signed extremely scarce. I took this copy to a National Antiques television show where it was appraised. Signed by Author(s).
