Promotional booklet, this one prepared for a dry goods store in Syracuse, New York, copyright 1895 by Rand, McNally & Co. A popular work that had many editions in America and England; this is probably the first edition. Wrappers dusty, narrow vertical chip from fore-edge of front cover, several leaves dog-eared, largely at lower corner tips, a sound, good copy. According to OCLC a copy of this edition (promoting Williams & Rodgers Co., Cleveland, Ohio) is held by Western Reserve Historical Society. Scarce. (#162760).
