Limited to an edition of 1950 copies, this being out of series. It is signed by illustrator Randy Jones, whose bawdy pen-and-ink drawings are scattered through the book. Original etching has been laid-in. Text is usually attributed to Jonathan Badcock, one of the foremost sporting journalist during the early 1800s. The authorship is thoroughly discussed in Plimpton's Foreword.
