Add to basketFirst UK editions. A set of two books consisting of a glossy hardback first print of When the Wind Blows published by Hamish Hamilton in 1982. This copy is in very good condition. The boards are toned. There is a small chip to one of the lower board corners. Along with Sussex after the Bomb published two years later in 1984. This is also in very good condition. original glazed card covers as issued. Brigg's classic illustrated book about the Nuclear Bomb, along with a scarce production printed off the back of When the Wind's success. A grimly factual account of the effects of the bomb being dropped on Newhaven are discussed. It is an exceedingly scarce piece of Raymond Briggs ephemera. Together as a set. 14578. Loccab1.
