Hardcover. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Rare collection of sermons by the preacher of Twenty-Third Ave. Presbyterian Church in Denver, Colorado. Some damage to the inside of the front cover, and some faint erased scribbles on the front endpaper. Minor hinge damage at the back. Corners and spine rubbed, no writing or underlining, binding is sound. Front cover title in gold. Appears to be a leather binding.
