Hardcover. Condition: Good. Burgundy cloth covers with black trim and design on front cover. Gold and black lettering on spine. Corners and spine ends exhibit heavy wear, bumping and fraying. Light wear on all edges and hinges. Light soiling and shelf wear to covers. Light yellowing and soiling to page ends and inside front and back covers. Text is slightly yellowed due to age, otherwise clean and unmarked. Hinges are tight. This Hungarian novel has been translated to English for the first time. However, the translator cut out one third of it as they considered "the tale suffered from a excess of episode."
