Elle a paru jusqu'en 1925, avec une interruption de 1916 à 1920, soit 69 livraisons. Elle comprend 573 planches coloriées au pochoir et 148 croquis représentant des modèles de couturiers. Chaque fascicule constitue un album de luxe, imprimé sur beau papier en Cochin, caractère totalement nouveau à l'époque.
