Purposive sampling technique was used to draw 60 women of rural Gujrat, Pakistan. After the collection of data from field, it was edited, coded and computerized. SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Sciences) was use to analyze data. Univariate and bivairate tables were drawn containing frequency and percentages of data. Statistical test was used to test the hypothesis. Major findings of the study showed that there is an association between level of education and women empowerment. 72 pp. Englisch.
