Kropotkin was a proponent of a decentralized communist society free from central government and based on voluntary associations of self-governing… communities . . . Kropotkin, 1842-1921, was also involved in geography, zoology, sociology and history. He lived in England from 1886 until 1917 after spending 3 years in a French Prison. His works on anarchism were popularised by the dissemination of 'pamphlets', both original works and reprints of other writings. 307 pages. First published in 1927 this edition was reissued in 1968. A Near Fine copy - bright, clean, unmarked, tight square binding, no wear to the cloth. Spine somewhat sun-faded. Accurate postal rates provided on request.
