Second edition. Disbound pamphlet, likely removed from a larger volume. Light staining and wear, generally very good. 16 pp. Describes the founding of the college by students from Yale College who went around the developing parts of the country establishing new colleges. Not to be confused with the first edition which has a date on the front cover of May, 1832. The last page has a comment which warns of sending applicants "back to ignorance and obscurity, or perhaps to some other literary institution, to have their character moulded by the hand of a Jesuit".
