Hardcover. Condition: VG+. PhotoPlay Edition; First Printing. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, red cloth boards still have strong color but there is spotting, both light and dark. Edges and corners show some light bumps/wear, the rear board has a spot near the lower left edge where there is a small chip in the cloth along the bottom edge. The interior binding is good, no hinge issues and text pages are tight. There are no signatures or bookplates, no library markings. The front end page shows remnants of a price once penciled in the corner, which is the only handwriting found in the book. The only other issues with the interior is foxing is present, mainly around the illustrations and also pages 97-119 that has crimps near the upper outside corner where there is bumps/crimps along the top edge which goes in no more than 1/4 of an inch. The title page states "Novelized from the Screen Play By Elton Thomas and the Short Story By Lotta Woods. Illustrated with Scenes from the Great Photoplay. Douglas Fairbanks as The Gaucho.".
