A German-language work by Germany's Heinrich Christian Wilhelm Busch (1832-1908), in which he touches on a wide variety of aspects of life. The text, presented in Fraktur font, is supplemented by numerous black & white drawings by the author and a few photos. Edited by Hans Balzer. --- In tan paper-covered boards backed in terra-cotta cloth with white titling on black spine block, cover titling & decorations in tones of brown. With white satin ribbon placemarked and maroon topstain. Volume lacks a dust jacket. --- With tanning to leaves; otherwise a sound, tightly-bound copy.; 12mo - 7 to 7-1/2 in. tall; 334 pages.
