Ephemera. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. 7 prints/ lithographs signed by the artist plus a Christmas card. A set of 4 presented by the Peoples National Bank are of the Newton Grist Mill, the Old Blacksmith's Shop, the Cuthbert Homestead and the Van Scriver Mansion, Cuthbert Road, Haddon Township. 2 of these have marks to top left hand corner where glue from the label has browned. 2 of the submarine prints show a sub under construction and the third is of a submarine in a river (just launched?). The 3 prints are on the front page of the newspaper with an article written by the artist about the New York Shipbuilding Corporation shipyard on the Delaware River. The card is used and has been dated as 1970; Signed by Illustrator.

Condition Near Fine: Original card binding shows only the faintest signs of handling, with a touch of bumping to one corner and edge. Spine remains bright and unmarked. Binding square and firm, protected by plastic sleeve. Internally, pages are clean and bright throughout, appearing unread. An excellent, well-preserved copy. Description First edition, published by Trent's Prints, Florida, 2006, signed by Louise Hawkins. Works issued by smaller or specialist presses are often produced in limited numbers and are less frequently encountered on the secondary market. Signed examples are particularly scarce.
